Guided by Dr. Venner Alston's profound insights, we'll engage in powerful prophetic teaching that will set the tone for the following week, aligning your spirit with divine wisdom and purpose.
🍽️ Join Us In Fasting
Every day from Passover to Pentecost we will participate in fasting. You can set the requirements for your fast that may include the Daniel Fast, Fasting from 6am-6pm, or simply eliminating certain foods and distractions in order to focus on prayer and hearing from God.
Fasting has also been shown to provide numerous health benefits, however, If you have health concerns about fasting, please consult your Doctor and feel free to modify as needed.
🍽️ Fasting from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.:
Following our morning session, engage in a purposeful water-only fast from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fasting has been a spiritual practice for centuries, allowing us to focus on spiritual nourishment, self-discipline, and heightened sensitivity to God's voice. It's an opportunity to draw closer to the divine and experience a deeper connection.
After 6pm each day, our challenge is to eat only raw or steamed veggies.

Dr. Venner Alston
Dr. Venner J. Alston travels internationally to communicate hope and offer Kingdom solutions to individual and societal issues. Venner is a commissioned apostle, gifted author, teacher and speaker. In addition to earning a doctoral degree in Urban Education from theUniversity of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Venner is certified as a life coach with several organizations including the John Maxwell Group.
She is founder and Apostle of Global Outreach Ministries and Training Center, The Gate Revival Center, & the founder of the annual Innovate Summit—one of the premiere gatherings for Apostolic & Prophetic leaders.
