🍽️ Fasting from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.:
Following our morning session, engage in a purposeful water-only fast from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fasting has been a spiritual practice for centuries, allowing us to focus on spiritual nourishment, self-discipline, and heightened sensitivity to God's voice. It's an opportunity to draw closer to the divine and experience a deeper connection.
After 6pm each day, our challenge is to eat only raw or steamed veggies.
Fasting has also been shown to provide numerous health benefits, however, If you have health concerns about fasting, please consult your Doctor and feel free to modify as needed.
About Your Host
Dr. Venner Alston
Dr. Venner J. Alston travels internationally to communicate hope and offer Kingdom solutions to individual and societal issues. Venner is a commissioned apostle, gifted author, teacher and speaker. In addition to earning a doctoral degree in Urban Education from theUniversity of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Venner is certified as a life coach with several organizations including the John Maxwell Group.
She is founder and Apostle of Global Outreach Ministries and Training Center, The Gate Revival Center, & the founder of the annual Innovate Summit—one of the premiere gatherings for Apostolic & Prophetic leaders.
Dr. Alston is aligned with Global Spheres Inc. led by Apostle Chuck Pierce. She is also a frequent speaker at Glory of Zion International Ministries and lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
